You can also down load the Microsoft Excel version of the
help sheets, which will allow you to enter you figures in Excel.
We request that you atleast have basic knowledge of Excel before
atempting this. Simply RIGHT-click the link below, select "Save
As..." and save the file to your "My Documents" folder.
You may rename the file at this point if you wish to do so.
After the download has finished, open Excel, and go to File>Open.
Select "My Documents" from the pull down menu, click
the file, and then click Open.
